About me

First of all, you have to know that I am a pretty average, middle-aged, dumpy housewife. Ok, right now I am not a wife, but I am a very normal, average person. Not someone who has a career history of being awesome.

I am good; a good manager, a good business person, a good friend, a good mom, a good community member, I have a good mind, but not brilliant. Unless of course you think this work is brilliant, and then I will be really happy to claim that title.

But my message here in my work is that our world will change when all of us average people expand into that one place we are meant to be. Into that one way of being, or that one leadership place, or give that one message, or invest in that one relationship. When we be who we came here to be.

That’s what I have been trying to do. It’s been ridiculous, crazy, horrible, and amazing. I guess I am the perfect person to share my own story, and encourage you to expand too.

Isn’t the hero the one who lived under the stairs, who was born in a manger, who was just a small hobbit? You are that one too. It’s time for you to be 100% YOU, we need you to be 100% YOU! We are all that hero.

The official bio:

Diane is a pioneer in a family lineage of pioneers. She grew up being sad that there were no new frontiers to explore! Only to find this one. Grounded with a masters in Whole Systems Design she is convinced that we are in the midst of a great transformation that will bring us to create new healthy systems. The authentic system of God, Spirit, the Universe, the Divine, Nature, whatever term you use, it is participatory and co-creative. Diane is in the midst of a crazy journey to explore the vast unknown of how to live in that system. This website is a place to join her in the exploration.

Diane Rheos has a 35 year business management career. She has earned the right to call herself a ‘structurist’. Managing corporate, small business, government, entrepreneurial, religions, and nonprofit organizations. She has always observed how the structure (system) of something creates the way the organization works.
